How Low Can You Go?

The NRA has set it’s gun-sights on Barak Obama’s two little girls.  Their latest hate-filled ad blitz ad campaign targets the two children in an attempt to illustrate how hypocritical it is for the President to advocate for safer gun laws when his own girls have Secret Service protection.

Politico.com has the story:

The National Rifle Association released a video Tuesday calling President Obama an “elitist hypocrite” for being skeptical of armed guards in schools when his daughters receive armed Secret Service protection every day.

“Are the president’s kids more important than yours?” a narrator asks. “Then why is he skeptical about putting armed security in our schools when his kids are protected by armed guards at their schools? Mr. Obama demands the wealthy pay their fair share of taxes, but he’s just another elitist hypocrite when it comes to a fair share of security.”

The president’s children are typically off limits, even in the grittiest political warfare in Washington. But the NRA salvo is likely only the first of many in what promises to be one of the toughest battles Obama has committed to fighting in his second term.

“Most Americans agree that a president’s children should not be used as pawns in a political fight,” White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said. “But to go so far as to make the safety of the President’s children the subject of an attack ad is repugnant and cowardly.”

It’s not bad enough these violent fanatics advocate for a “National Gun Appreciation Day” this Sunday, painfully close to the one-month Newtown CT tragedy and dead-center on the MLK holiday weekend – you remember him, the assassinated peace activist? -  but now they drag the President’s daughters into their ugly fight to hang onto their killing machines?

And it is Church Night, Amen!  So Mike will spend time exploring these holy warrior hypocrites who seem to love Jesus – and their AK-47′s – with a dichotomous equality that is incomprehensible to those of us who don’t chug the Neocon juice.

They cling to their guns and Bibles.

And weapons manufactures cling to their money,
soaked in the blood of our children. Damn them.

On a much better note, Newtown Ct. school superintendent Janet Robinson told the NRA to go to hell.

Then the sick bastards at the NRA jump on Obama saying “attacking guns isn’t a solution”. Oh, really? Then let’s attack the goddamned NRA!!!!!!!!!! These pathetic bastards are really demented.

And as for the NRAs supporters like Ted Nugent, Charlie Daniels, and Alex Jones, you can all kiss my ass!

    Messaging is very important. Examples:
    Privacy rather than Choice.
Earned Benefits rather than Government Entitlements.
Marriage Equality rather than Gay Marriage. (Thanks, Fruit)

So let’s STOP saying “Gun Control”.
The knuckle-draggers love to say, those with the guns are
in control. “Gun Safety” is a contradiction in terms. My
suggestion for describing this issue is “Firearms Responsibility”. Who could take issue with that? (Don’t answer)

We can never get rid of all the guns in circulation, but
criminalizing the manufacture, sales and possession of
assault weapons ammunition would render them as useless
as the freaks that worship them.

Denny…..NOTHING can be as useless as those assholes.

Definition of stupid: Knowing the truth, Seeing the truth, But still believing the lies. Did you know that a large group of Baboons is called a congress? That explains a lot now, doesn’t it! These neocons have two guiding primal principals- The Inequality of Accountability and An Aristocratic Sense of Priveledge.
