Putting the tan back in Tantrum, tinyhands quickly dropped all that “unity” BS today and just cut to the chase – any kind of constitutionally mandated Congressional oversight into his many and varied criminal enterprises are PRESIDENTIAL HARASSMENT and will be vigorously opposed, and he has 18 ethically-challenged lawyers to back him up.

Gee, Trumpy…..what’cha skeert of?  Ten years of hidden tax returns?  More pron stars lurking in the background? Money laundering?  Your boy’s  perjurious testimony?  Michael Cohen’s tapes?  So much to hide, so few remaining foreign banks and tabloids . . . . something unleashed his itchy Twitter finger today:

The Dems and their committees are going “nuts.” The Republicans never did this to President Obama, there would be no time left to run government. I hear other committee heads will do the same thing. Even stealing people who work at White House! A continuation of Witch Hunt!

Even stealing people who work at the White House?  What kind of paranoid raving is that?  What, like Adam Schiff is pulling up to the rear entrance with a vanload of pods?  Actually, it seems El Trumpo is freaked out at the prospect that Schiff might hire former WH employees to aide in his committee work.  No, not Omarosa, but former NSC employees.  the Washington Post has this:

Trump lashed out Thursday morning in a pair of tweets complaining about “Unlimited Presidential Harassment” and criticizing House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam B. Schiff (D-Calif.) after he announced earlier this week that his panel will begin probing what Schiff called “credible reports of money laundering and financial compromise” on the part of Trump entities.

In private, Trump and his aides grew increasingly anxious and angry over Democrats’ maneuvering — sparked by news that Schiff’s committee has hired at least one former White House national security official to assist in its oversight of the administration, according to people familiar with the matter.

Among Schiff’s new committee hires is Abigail C. Grace, who served as an Asia policy staffer on the National Security Council during the Trump administration until departing last spring for a Washington think tank.

Also on Thursday, the House held a hearing on obtaining Trump’s tax returns, listening to tax experts who discussed the impact of legislative language that would force presidential candidates to release 10 years of tax returns after they win their party’s nomination.

“The idea of congressional oversight is alien to the president, and who can blame him? For two years, the GOP did nothing but shield him from accountability,” Schiff responded in a tweet Thursday afternoon. “Those days are over. We will not choose between our legislative and oversight responsibilities. Congress must do both.”

The Tan Who Would Be King is not used to having his wished disobeyed.  Not by women escaping his unwanted advances or members of Congress.  The next few weeks are going to be interesting.  Let’s hope he doesn’t Wag the Dog over in Venezuela or (shudder) Iran.
